The company opened it's doors in 2008 as an animation and visual effects house and is composed of a collection of talented friends who have all been working in the animation and visual effects industry for anywhere from 10 years to recently graduated from college. Cindy Rangel - Chief Operating Officer / Producer

Cindy Rangel is Chief Operating Officer and Producer of Red Giant Studios. She also dubs as the 3D animation and compositing supervisor so, you could call her a jack of all trades. Her responsibilities as COO are to manage the day to day operations, finances and technological standing of the company. Her past work ranges from 3D animation and graphic design to production management and real estate investments. In addition, she has also taught courses in visual effects and animation at Full Sail Real World Education, The Academy of Art University and San Francisco State University. She holds a degree in Computer Animation and multiple certificates in Project Management, Filmmaking and Producing.

Dalton Grant, Jr. - Chief Innovation Officer / Director

Dalton Grant is the Chief Innovation Officer of Red Giant Studios as well as Director and Head of Story. His duties include research and development on new technologies in filmmaking and trend changes as well as innovative new ways of telling story and creating a positive workflow for all employees. His former credits include storyboarding on Pixar's Cars and Dreamworks Shrek 2. He has taught at San Francisco State University and the Academy of Art University. His belief is to help clients sell their products by creating an experiance for their customers to relate too.

Mier Tang - Animation Director

Mier Tang is Animation Director at Red Giant and has worked as Executive Producer on "The Way to Heaven". She is our lead liasion and supervisor to all Chinese clients and accounts and is responsible for monitoring production expenses, procuring financing and directing the overall style and creative team for "The Way to Heaven". Mier has worked for several magazines, publishing houses and advertising agencies such as Figro, Seventeen and Rayli. In 2003, she published her own book "I'm Where I Don't Exist" about the Beijing bar culture. She holds a Bachelors in Fine Art from Tsinghua University in Beijing and a Masters in Animation from the Academy of Art University.
